Parents/guardians must be employed or attending educational or job training. Fees are low and are based on monthly gross income. This program is available year round. Classrooms open at 7:00 AM, and close at 5:00 PM. Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack are served. To apply for this program, please contact the Enrollment Office (795-4040 ext. 325) to schedule an appointment. Please bring to the appointment: Child's birth certificate (if mother is currently pregnant, child's anticipated date of birth is sufficient to begin application process) Social Security numbers for every member of the household 4 consecutive pay stubs for every working member of the household School schedule for any household member continuing their education Child's immunization record (may be obtained from child's Doctor's Office, and faxed directly to the enrollment office, 795-4089) Maine Care Card (if applicable) TANF statement (if applicable)
